We offer three shipping speeds at checkout, all shipped from our central facility in Dallas, TX:
Free Shipping (Economy) — up to ~9 business days $4.99 (Standard) — 3–7 business days $22.99 (Express) — our fastest option
Free Shipping now ships via Economy service, so please allow extra time (up to ~9 business days) compared to our previous free-shipping speed. If you need your order sooner, Standard or Express are available at checkout.
Amazon and TikTok Shop orders: these always ship on our Standard speed (3–7 business days), regardless of the option shown at checkout on those platforms.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Check your spam folder first if you haven't received a tracking email. If it's been longer than the expected window for your selected shipping speed, reach out to help@doingwell.health with your order number and we'll look into it.
Subscriptions include Free Shipping (Economy) by default. Shipping costs and speed options for one-time orders are shown at checkout.
