Cancellation policy

- Preorder purchases (first box)
Your first preorder box is a limited, non-refundable purchase that secures your spot in the first production run and includes entry into the Insider Club and related perks and giveaways.
- Preorders are non-refundable.
- You cannot cancel your preorder for a change of mind once the order is placed.
- We will always take care of damaged, defective, or lost orders according to our Refund and Return Policy.
- Subscription purchases (after your first box)
After your first preorder box ships, your purchase option switches to a recurring subscription at the price and frequency shown at checkout.
- You are billed automatically for each subscription order until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
- Cancellation applies to future orders only. It does not refund or cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
- Canceling your subscription ends your Insider Club membership. We may not be able to reinstate Insider status if you decide to resubscribe later.
- How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription in either of these ways:
- Log into your doingwell account and cancel from your subscription settings before the next billing date, or
- Email help@doingwell.health with your name, order details, and “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line before your next billing date.
- Changes to purchase options
We may update prices, available purchase options, or subscription terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to new orders going forward. For active subscriptions, we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and you can always cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue under the new terms.
