For our secret preorder, we currently ship orders within the United States.
If we expand to additional regions in the future, we will update this page before those orders go live.
Preorder pricing includes a simple, flat shipping structure:

This is a preorder. Your order is part of the first production run, so it does not ship immediately.
These dates are our best estimate. If there are unexpected production or logistics delays, we will email you with an updated timeline.
Once inventory is in our warehouse:
During launch periods and high volume windows, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will work to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier. It can take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping email for tracking to begin updating.
If you need to change your shipping address and your order has not yet started processing at the warehouse:

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided by the carrier. Occasionally, delays happen.

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately. If that happens:
