Shipping policy

  1. Where we ship

For our secret preorder, we currently ship orders within the United States.

If we expand to additional regions in the future, we will update this page before those orders go live.

  1. Shipping rates

Preorder pricing includes a simple, flat shipping structure:

  • Secret preorder: one 30-stick box at the preorder price plus a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • Future subscription: your monthly subscription price includes free shipping, unless otherwise stated on the site.

Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  1. Preorder shipping timeline

This is a preorder. Your order is part of the first production run, so it does not ship immediately.

  • Expected ship window: late January (final dates shown at checkout and in your confirmation email).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

These dates are our best estimate. If there are unexpected production or logistics delays, we will email you with an updated timeline.

  1. Order processing time

Once inventory is in our warehouse:

  • Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During launch periods and high volume windows, processing time may be slightly longer, but we will work to keep things moving as quickly as possible.

  1. Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Your order number
  • A tracking number
  • A summary of the items in your shipment

Tracking updates depend on the carrier. It can take up to 24 hours after you receive your shipping email for tracking to begin updating.

  1. Shipping address changes

If you need to change your shipping address and your order has not yet started processing at the warehouse:

  1. Email help@doingwell.health as soon as possible.

  2. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Your complete new shipping address

We will do our best to update your address before the order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

  1. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided by the carrier. Occasionally, delays happen.

If your package is delayed:

  • Check your tracking updates.
  • Wait 2–3 business days past the expected delivery date, as carriers sometimes scan packages early or misestimate delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it:

  • Check with neighbors or your household.
  • Look around any common delivery areas or alternate entrances.

If your package is lost or never arrives:

  1. Email help@doingwell.health.

  2. Include your order number and shipping address.

If tracking confirms the package is lost or it clearly has not arrived, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion. We do not want you paying for something you never receive.

  1. Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Email help@doingwell.health within a reasonable time after delivery.

  2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outside of the box, the product, and the damage
  • A brief description of what happened

Once we review the information, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.

  1. Multiple shipments

In some cases, items in your order may ship separately. If that happens:

  • You may receive more than one shipping confirmation email.
  • Each shipment will have its own tracking information.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments created by us.

  1. Customs, duties, and international orders

For the secret preorder, we are focused on domestic orders. If and when we begin shipping outside the United States:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will update this policy before international orders open.
